Standard Shipping Policy

All orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays. Orders placed after 12pm CST will begin processing the following business day. Orders placed on after 12pm CST on Friday will begin processing the following Monday. 

Order processing times may be delayed by a few days during holidays, launches, limited-edition releases, or other times when we’re experiencing a high volume of orders, 

Please allow an additional 7-10 business days while your order is in transit for delivery. If your order’s shipment is delayed significantly, we will contact you via email to notify you.

The health and safety of our employees and customers is our top priority. We’ve redesigned our order fulfillment center to comply with government/state recommended social distancing and personal protective equipment guidelines.

We will notify you when your order is shipped or if we foresee any issues with fulfilling your order.

After you’ve placed an order, you will receive an order confirmation email. At this stage, please allow time for order processing.

You will then receive a shipment confirmation email notification once your order has shipped (within 3-5 business days). The shipping confirmation email will contain your order tracking number. Please allow up to 24 hours for this tracking number to become active.

If you don’t receive your order within 12 business days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at support@luxecustomgems.com with your name and order number, and we’ll look into it for you.

SHIPPING RATES

We offer free domestic shipping to addresses within the continental United States on all orders over $50.

International Shipping Rates

$11.95 Flat Rate Shipping is available on all orders shipping to addresses outside of the continental United States.

All orders over $100 qualify for free International shipping to addresses outside of the continental United States

Damages, Returns, Exchanges, and Refunds

If your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at support@luxecustomgems.com. Please include your order number, details of the damage, and a photo of the item’s condition.

We address damages on a case-by-case basis and will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods, as they may be needed to contact the shipping carrier and make a claim.

We are not responsible for return shipping cost, or any item lost or damaged while in commute.It is highly recommended that you use Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package.

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery if the item is unused and in its original condition. We will refund the full order amount minus the shipping and handling costs. All refunds will be issued in the form of store credit unless otherwise approved. Except made to order, engraved, personalized, photo, monogram, name and initial, and clearance items.

In order to be eligible for a refund on your return you must have proof of purchase such as your order number, the purchase amount, and the email used to place the order.

Once we receive your item(s), we will inspect it and notify you via phone or email that we have received your item(s) and inform you on the status of your refund if one is permitted.

If your refund is approved, we will issue a refund via email in the form of store credit. You should receive an email with your store credit within 1-2 business days. Cash refunds are not permitted unless otherwise approved.

If a cash refund is approved, we will credit the full amount minus shipping fees back to the original method of payment. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to appear into your account. This may take longer depending on your financial institution.

If funds do not appear into your account in 3-5 business days please contact your financial institution to insure that they received the funds.
